Renowned street artist Eine has teamed up with Fourholes and SAS for this limited edition t-shirt offer. Made from 100% organic cotton and printed by the only Certified Organic Textile Printer in the United Kingdom, the proceeds of the sale of these great t-shirts go to Surfers Against Sewage.
The design is from a recent auction of surfboards by Bonhams for the charity, where notable artists such as Sir Paul McCartney, Tracey Emin, Nick Walker, Beejoir, Mau Mau, Polly Morgan etc...as well as the featured London street artist, Eine, created surfboards. Fourholes was instrumental in bringing some of the artists to the table.

Surfers Against Sewage's Drawing Boards auction reached its thrilling climax last month at Bonhams' auction rooms in central-London.
After months of planning and preparation, the outstanding collection of 14 surfboard artworks was on display throughout the week at Bonhams' as part of its world-renowned Urban Art Auction, with bidding taking place on Thursday, 23rd October.With an enviable cast of artists including Tracey Emin, Sir Paul McCartney and Gavin Turk contributing to the project, it was hardly surprising that the collection received a huge amount of interest from art collectors, surfboard enthusiasts, SAS supporters and the international media.
The surfboards that were coordinated by Fourholes’s Founder Brian MacShane, were sold for significant amounts, with Mau Mau’s surfboard sharing top result along with Polly Morgan!

As you know, Surfers Against Sewage are auctioning off surf boards at the upcoming Bonhams Urban Art auction. We have been lucky enough to be involved in helping to organise the participation of the �Urban� artist and are very proud to be one of the first to reveal the boards in all their glory. Artists included Beejoir, Eine, Mau Mau, Nick Walker and Pure Evil. Check out the photos and let us know what you think. Enjoy.

Today a Business profile was published by Cornwall & Devon Media Ltd in major West Country Newspapers (Cornish Guardian, West Briton etc...) about Fourholes Founder, Brian MacShane and the aspirations to eventually move the Fourholes operation to the West Country. The Spring Summer 09 Collections samples are now in production and we have had a great early response to the designs. We will be showing the range to sound UK retailers through August and September. All the surf boards are finished and Surfers against Sewage are glassing them ready for a photo shoot in July. Fourholes have managed to get some awesome artists involved. The artists we were working with are.....drum roll please.... Nick Walker, Eine, Beejoir, Pure Evil and Mau Mau. They have all produced some great work for the boards. We will post the photos for your perusal when we get them.

There was a comprehensive article in the Observer about Street/Urban art. Brian MacShane, Fourholes founder, was interviewed for the piece by Alice Fisher. It has a few funny quotes in it. We especially likes how she describes him as �cheery�, she obviously hasn�t seen him on a hangover!!! Fourholes will be helping Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) in their upcoming charity surfboard art auction, Drawing Boards. In the next couple of months the Fourholes team, lead by Brian, will be looking to get some urban artists involved in the auction. We hope to get 4 or 5 great artists to create boards that will raise lot of money for a great charity. Keep a look out for further news.
